Breaks the ice
Two families who just met, gathered around one grill, laughing at the same tricks. It works.
Different from every other wedding
Your guests have eaten plenty of plated chicken. They have not seen this.
Scales with your list
One chef for about 30 guests. More chefs for more guests.
The rehearsal dinner is where FireKiss shines. It is relaxed, it is usually at a house or rental, and everyone wants to have fun before the big day.
For receptions, talk to your venue first — some only allow their own caterer, and the grill needs an outdoor or well-ventilated spot on level ground.
- Ask your venue if outside caterers and propane grills are allowed.
- Book 2–3 months out for peak wedding season.
- Add tables with linens, chairs and plate settings for $5 a guest each.
- The cooking spot must be reachable on a level path with no steps. If there are stairs or a steep hill, the host provides help carrying the equipment.
Before you book.
Can you cater our reception?
For smaller receptions, yes — if your venue allows outside caterers and a propane grill. Large receptions need several chefs; reach out first.
What about the rehearsal dinner?
That is our favorite. A house, a rental or a restaurant patio all work.
Do you bring tables and linens?
Yes — tables with linens, chairs and plate settings are $5 a guest each.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three months for May through October. As soon as you have the date is better.
