The house rules.
Short version: book with a deposit, give us a safe spot to cook, and have fun. Your invoice shows the same terms and you agree to them when you book.
1. Deposit
The $50 deposit holds your date, counts toward your total, and is non-refundable. Your date is not held until the deposit is paid.
2. Payment
The balance is due on party day. Your chef can take only one payment from the host — split payments are not possible. Card payments include a service fee; tax is added to every order.
3. Weather
Your chef cooks rain or shine — plan a covered spot like a patio, garage, carport or tent.
4. Access to the cooking spot
The cooking spot must be reachable on a level path with no steps. If there are stairs or a steep hill, the host provides help carrying the equipment. Without safe access, the chef may be unable to cook, and the deposit is not refunded.
5. Changes
Guest count and food changes are welcome up to 7 days before the party. Inside the last 7 days the food order is locked. Date and time changes depend on chef availability.
6. Guest minimum
Parties are billed for at least 10 adults.
7. Allergies
Tell us about every allergy when you book. We cook allergy plates first on a clean surface, but our kitchen and sauces handle soy, wheat, shellfish and eggs, so we can't promise an allergen-free meal.
8. Gratuity
Tips are not included and go to your chef.
9. Sake
FireKiss provides and serves the sake under its license. Our chef may check ID, serves only guests of legal drinking age, and may slow or stop service at any time.
