May and June are the busiest months for grad parties, and the good weekends fill up fast. If you already know the date, lock it in with the deposit and adjust the guest count later.

When should we book for June?
As early as you can. Late May and June weekends fill first.
What if we don't know the guest count yet?

Can two families share one party?
Your chef can take only one payment from the host — split payments are not possible. One family books; you settle up together.
What if it rains?
Your chef cooks rain or shine — plan a covered spot like a patio, garage, carport or tent.
