Yum yum sauce
The pink-orange one. It's a creamy, sweet and slightly tangy sauce, usually made from mayonnaise, a little tomato, butter and mild spices. It goes on everything: shrimp, steak, rice, even vegetables.
Ginger sauce
Thinner and sharper, built on soy sauce and fresh ginger. It cuts through rich food like steak and scallops.
Teriyaki
Sweet, glossy and salty. It's brushed on while cooking and caramelizes on the hot grill — that's what makes teriyaki chicken taste like hibachi.
