Guest count drives your price, your space and how many chefs you need. Here is how to get it right the first time.
The minimum
FireKiss has a 10-adult minimum. If fewer adults come, you're billed for 10. Kids 12 and under are $30 and don't count toward the minimum.
How many one chef can cook for
One chef handles about 30 guests comfortably. Bigger parties get a second chef and a second grill, so nobody waits long for food.
Counting kids
Kids 12 and under get the kid price. Teens 13 and up count as adults. Little ones who won't eat a full plate can share — just don't count them as guests.
Space you need
About 10 × 10 feet for the grill and chef, on level ground, plus room for seating in a U shape around it. For 20 guests, picture two long tables on either side and one across the end.
When your count changes
Guest count and food changes are welcome up to 7 days before the party. Inside the last 7 days the food order is locked. Update your count from your invoice link or text us.
A quick rule of thumb
- 10–15 guests: one chef, one grill, a patio is plenty.
- 16–30 guests: one chef, plan a bigger U of seating.
- 30+ guests: two chefs — tell us early.
