A hibachi birthday is one of the easiest big parties to host. Here is the plan.
3–4 weeks out
- Pick the date and time. Evenings look best in photos.
- Guess your guest count — adults and kids 12 and under. The minimum is 10 adults.
- Book it and pay the $50 deposit.
1–2 weeks out
- Collect each guest's two protein picks.
- Lock the headcount. Guest count and food changes are welcome up to 7 days before the party. Inside the last 7 days the food order is locked.
- Decide on seating — yours, or add ours.
The birthday moment
Tell us who the birthday is for. Your chef will make them the star of the show.
Cake timing
Cut the cake right after dinner while the chef packs up. Or skip it and add mochi donuts from the extras.
Kids
Kids 12 and under are $30. Seat them where they can see — but a few feet back from the grill.
