Dinner, a show and zero need to herd the group to a restaurant. Here is how to plan hibachi into the bach weekend.
Pick the right night
Most groups do hibachi the first or second night — it gets everyone together early and nobody has to drive after.
Make them the star
Tell us who the guest of honor is in your booking notes. Your chef will play it up.
Splitting the cost
Your chef can take only one payment from the host — split payments are not possible. The host pays, and the group settles up with each other. The booking page shows the exact total so it's easy to split.
At a rental
Check that the rental allows an outdoor propane grill, and add the address and door codes to your notes.
Add-ons that help
Short on seating? Tables with linens, chairs and plate settings are $5 a guest each. Want dessert sorted? Add mochi donuts.
